All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time

Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

We offer:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Revived & Alive is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at revived.aliveboutique@gmail.com before your order ships.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Revived & Alive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
